Get rid of the special hostname for mail "wwwmail.cacert.org", i.e.:
reset myhostname and myorigin to www.cacert.org.

Ensure that e-mail sent over IPv4 is always originating from the same IPv4
address by setting smtp_bind_address  = 213.154.225.245 (www.cacert.org).
The same thing has already been done before for IPv6 with smtp_bind_address6.
