Set Incremental option to yes, so we can generate more or less reliable
statistics by a daily run on just the Apache access.log file, which gets
rotated once per week. Previously, we would miss out on most days in the
month due to this rotation scheme, now we will potentially still lose some
data from the last day. Another rotation scheme would be needed to fix that.
All previously broken statistics have been regenerated from the original
log files, so webalizer results for March 2009 - October 2009 are now correct.
